Hunter’s Hall is owned and run by Gillian Pickford with support from
housekeepers Jo and Roz - who will welcome you and are always happy to help.
We are pleased to announce that at our Quality in Tourism inspection in November 2018
we again achieved Silver and Breakfast Awards and maintained our Three Star Quality rating.
Our hospitality mission began in 2010 with two en-suite rooms upstairs and we now include a third room downstairs.
This is especially suitable for those with mobility issues.
We are content with our 3-star rating from Quality in Tourism because our rooms are cosy, but not large.
We do everything we can to promote a 'best it can possibly be' feel in everything else.
We hope our guests will feel relaxed and refreshed during their stay with us. For all requests within reason we say
'If we can, we will' and for breakfast we like you to have 'as much, or as little, as you like'
so that you feel comfortably prepared for your day ahead.
We have been welcoming and serving guests from all parts of the UK and further afield, for nearly 9 years;
and look forward to entertaining visitors old and new for years to come.
We look forward to welcoming you in 2019 !
Absolutely lovely stay - friendly welcome with lots of informative local tips. Tidy and spacious room with helpful facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc). Delicious breakfasts.
Stayed February 2019
Found this place on-line. The staff are great and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was first class, as was the attention to detail.
Will I return? The answer is most certainly.

This is my second stay at Hunters Hall.
Roz was friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely rooms. Good location. Near - but not too close - to the town centre. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed January 2019.
Fabulous B&B. Peaceful, beautifully kitted out, delicious breakfast courtesy of Roz.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hunters Hall on eight occasions over the last few months. The owner and staff are so friendly it’s like being at home.
I booked the Suite with Garden View. You will not be disappointed.
The breakfast is cooked fresh for you, great quality and lots of choice.
Stayed various dates in 2018, travelled solo.
Very, very clean, fresh and well-appointed in a residential area. Rooms are bright with extra touches biscuits tea coffee hot chocolate and all essentials in the bathroom.
Breakfast was lovely. Would stay again. 5 star!
Stayed November 2018.
Just stayed for one night and found it to be exactly what was needed. The room is quite small but has everything that is needed. Bathroom supplies are full size - not silly little hotel packs. WiFi works well and is free. TV is of a good size and is positioned sensibly on the wall. Tea and coffee facilities are excellent. Real milk not small catering packs.
Breakfast is pre-ordered at check in with exactly what is wanted - how many eggs, how many rashers of bacon, how many sausages etc. As well as getting exactly what you want it does help portion management because so often you waste much of what is put on the plate because you neither wanted it or ordered it but is came as part of "a full English".
Parking is private on the gravel in front of the property on an otherwise impossible parking street.
Stayed October 2018, travelled as a couple.
Just on the outskirts of the town in a quiet location, Hunter's Hall offers all you need for a comfortable nights stay. Clean and well presented. For someone who is not a fan of B&Bs, this is up there as one of the best examples. Host could not be more helpful and they provide a first class breakfast... very nice place.
Stayed September 2018, travelled on business.
My daughter and I stayed here during a visit to Bishop Burton College close by. It was amazing. Spotless, friendly, well - appointed B&B. The breakfast was fabulous. Well recommended. We walked into town easily from there. Small details in the room like tea coffee biscuits and bottled water a great touch.
Date of stay: August 2018, travelled with family.
Very comfortable double bed. The little extras (bottles of water and biscuits) a bonus. Will definitely return to Hunter's Hall.
Stayed 8 July 2018.
I came to visit friends in Beverly in April. It was perfect location for me. Quiet place, still comfortable walk from centre of town. It was a very clean and pleasant stay.
Very good cooked breakfast and very good service.
Felt like home away from home.
